? Stenosis: Your complaints could be signs of spinal stenosis, a problem that causes spinal claudication. You really need an evaluation by you primary care physician or a spine surgeon. A history and physical exam is needed to come up with working diagnosie. And then you may need and MRI to confirm the diagnosis of spinal stenosis.
