Not Celexa (citalopram) : My sources indicate beyond 20 weeks there is evidence of risk with citalopram and other ssri/snri. But not seizures. I suggest a discussion with your obstetrician. You may also want to discuss alternatives such as mirtazepine or seroquel (quetiapine) with the doctor prescribing celexa. Weighing fetal risk vs maternal benefit should be carefully evaluated.
