However, it is not a miracle drug, nor can it overpower poor oral hygiene or the ravages of foods and liquids that promote cavities. Flouride is also a great strengthener or tooth enamel. Ask your own dentist about using mi paste as well as other dental aids and what is best for your own particular circumstances. It needs rx.

Rx only: I agree fully with dr. Sandler, great answer. Mi paste has its uses but is not a cure all. It is technically only supposed to be available by prescription. You will have to see your dentist for it.
