Sensitive teeth: Are all your teeth sensitive or a specific few? Any recent traumas- hitting the teeth with a glass, or an elbow? Aware of grinding your teeth? Chewing on ice or hard candies? Drinking sodas or juices or sports drinks? Are your gums receding? These are things that might cause sensitive teeth. Using a "sensitivity toothpaste" can help if you brush with it and spit out the excess, but don't rinse.
