Systemic causes of: Headaches are myriad: tmj/dental problems, chronic sinusitis, anemia, histamine-release, blood vessel spasms, hyperthyroidism, etc. Keep a journal of precipitants like food, wine, medications, & situational stressors. Check your family history for migraines & allergies, etc. If your doctor, dentist, ENT & ophthalmologist find no specific medical cause, then consider stress reduction techniques.
