I feel unsteady/unbalanced and get dull headaches often. i had a ct scan taken and it came back normal. should i get an mri as well or is it a waste?

See your doctor: First, to make sure other possibilities have been tested/examined for. A consultation with a neurologist may also be helpful. Mri is an excellent way to evaluate the brain, and depending on your situation, may be very helpful in arriving at a diagnosis for you.
