Ice pick Headaches: I am empathic to your headaches. Ice pick headaches are primary stabbing headache which typically last only seconds to a minute or so. They are predominantly felt in the distribution of the first division of the trigeminal nerve (orbit, temple and parietal area) they are more common in patients with migraines.
