-Creatinine?: If you mean creatinine -he has a problem with his kidneys. Needs to see a nephrologist.

Family practice. : Creatinine and BUN are tests for kidney function the normal creatinine level is 0.5-1.5. So 2.2. Is elevated and shows renal insufficiency it could be temporary or progressive. It should be followed up and possibly see a nephrologist.
