Not interpretable: Creatine phospholinase (cpk or ck) is an enzyme released from several organs including skeletal muscles. However it is often elevated in perfectly normal individuals. Therefore it is important to check what medicines you are taking, an examination to see if muscle weakness or tenderness is present and only then its significance or otherwise can be determined.

Minimally elevated: A CPK level of 255 is not impressive and may not have any significance. Are you on any cholesterol lowering meds? I would have it repeated in a month.
