For 2 yrs, i have had symptoms including cervical spinal pain that has gradually gotten worse to weakened function of my vocal cords. ideas on dx?

Urgent: If you are having a loss of voice you need an urgent evaluation. The nerves to the vocal cords are not direct connections from the spine so isolated dysfunction there is not likely to be due to a spine issue.
