I have tested positive for strep b, with some cervix inflammation and no yeast, though all my symptoms suggest a yeast infection. any ideas?

Treat the Strep: Strep is present in the vagina in about 1 out of 3 women. It usually does not cause problems, but if you have unexplained symptoms (inflammation) it could be the strep - an antibiotic from your physician should clear that up.
