Nutrition & exercise: The good news is that you're young & not too far from your goal, just 4kgs. Unfortunately, there is no magic (combination of) vitamin or dietary supplement that will miraculously melt your fat away despite all the advertising. Instead, stick to the basics: healthy nutrition & regular physical activity, something that you can enjoy eating & doing for rest of your life. Don't aim for temporary loss.

Discipline: Diet, exercize, small portions of healthy foods. Avoid sweets and refined white flour like white bread and pastries. Limit carbs.
