At times my right ear seems to (i hope these are the right words) "close up." valsalva technique seems to work, but then right ear sometimes "closes up" again. what causes this and can it be treated? how? mild hearing loss both ears very recent test?

Ear: Time to see your General Practitioner. It may be as simple as a build-up of wax. Your GP will know if you need to see a specialist ENT.
