Tendonitis what's the best way to treat it?

Lots of things: Tendinitis means "inflamed tendon". So we treat inflammations with reducing the activity that is stressing the tendon, ice after activity and a few times a day, nsaids, stretching the muscle associated with the tendonitis, some can be helped with bracing, some requires physical therapy, and it is extremely rare that they require surgery, .

Start with RICE: Tendonitis (inflammed tendon) commonly results from overuse. In order to treat the pain, i recommend you start with rice, follow with stretching/ strengthening (therapy), & consider couterforce bracing. Massage may also help. If these treatments fail you may be a candidate for cortisone or prp injections. Few people end up needing surgery.
