What is the best way to treat tendonitis of the rotator cuff that is causing subluxation?

Not clear: Subluxation means the joint is partially separated or is separating during activity. If there is injury to tendons of the the rotator cuff muscles they may allow the humeral head to move out of the joint socket too much. Some rotator cuff tendon injuries respond to rest or physical therapy. Some need to be repaired with surgery.
