Can cancer of cervix be seen on ultrasound?

Cervical Cancer: Cervical cancer is usually identified by pap smear, colposcopy and biopsy. While advanced cancer could be seen on an ultrasound exam, this is not usually the way cervical cancer is diagnosed.

Very rarely : Very rare to see cervical cancer on us unless very advanced disease.
