Don't go thirsty: If you're generally in good health, without serious kidney, heart, or liver disease, just drink enough water so you're not thirsty. That's alll don't worry about the exact amount. All those people who go around drinking water all the time are really not doing anything important for their health -- it's all advertising hype for profit motive.
