How much water do we need to drink every day?

Enough to pee: It is a myth that you must drink "x" amount of water/day. You consume water in fluids & many foods you eat. If you pee at least every 6 hrs you are taking in enough water in some form to fuel your system & thrive.

Varies by age, activ: There is not one answer that fits all here. If it is 95 degrees in your environment and you are doing heavy work, that magic number is much higher than 70 degrees and out in a sweatshirt. Newborns and infants also have underdeveloped kidneys compared to adults, so pee out more. We make up for this by drinking more.
