Yes: With really excessive water intake a person could become hyponatremic.

Water: While the answer here is yes, it is very hard for an otherwise healthy person to get into trouble. There are some diseases where this can be an obsession and regardless to the physical consequences the person keeps ingesting too much water. If you have this problem please get in to your family doctor for evaluation.
