Cardiac arrest: First thing is to know if you are at high risk of cardiac arrest; most of us are not. If you are at high risk we have a device called an icd or defibrillator which can significantly decrease the risk of dying from cardiac arrest if you have a reason to need a defibrillator. If you have a signficant heart disease ask your doc. If you're not at risk, worry about world peace.
