Marijuana: Marijuana can cause lots of symptoms. Inhaling the chemicals especially in smoke can cause spasm of heart blood vessels or even muscles in the chest wall. All this could feel like a heart attack...........Or even be one.

Marijuana: Among many other effects, marijuana increases heart rate and blood pressure. http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/12412838 especially in people with existing heart disease (even currently undiagnosed) this could induce heart attack or symptoms like it.
