I started to feel a moderate chest pain , only when i breathe in a bit deeply , a couple of days ago. i am an occasional marihuana smoker, have cut off since then. is this a lung issue, or could it also be heart.? no other symptoms, slight coughing?

Chest exam: Coughing may cause chest wall pain, due to muscular strain. Apply local heat and take Motrin. Please try to quit smoking and avoid smoke exposure. A chest image is indicated if you are having difficulty breathing.
