No Cause & Effect: The solution to raising low testosterone levels in hypogonal males is to rx testosterone. While thc does have an effect on the body, I have not come across any data that shows that it has an anabolic effect.

No, maybe lower: No it can't. There are some limited studies, however, that show it can lower testosterone levels -- but alcohol and tobacco are worse.
