See below...: Prolactin can be elevated for a variety of reasons that are normal (eating, exercise, sexual activity) - so this test should be done fasting and no sexual activity for 24 hours prior. Testosterone levels can be elevated in the setting of something called pcos. Both of these problems lead to irregularity in terms of when you ovulate.
