So tired, tired: Sleep phase advance can make adaptation to daytime schedules difficult due to low energy, poorer concentration, and "not being on your game." optimal times to socialize are during the work day - to developing social contacts and dating would be compromised. This pattern prolonged can alter circadian rhythms with lapses into sleepiness during the day. If actual sleep deprivation occurs, watch out.
