Not enough data: An entire history of your sleep habits needs to be obtained. Also a history of alcohol etc. Consumption, diet, work any otc meds. Young single males usually keep poor sleep habits and party. Depending upon how fast you may be driving in the fast lane lab work may be needed to check for anemia or vitamin deficiencies. Also make sure you are drinking enough fluids. Could be nothing but depending ?

Late sleep habits: Although i too don't have enough info to answer question, i can encourage you to change your late sleeping habits. Here are some sleep hygiene tips. Retire & rise same time each day. Keep bedroom dark & cool & use only for sex & sleep. Turn off tv. No naps. Exercise regularly but not in late evening. No caffeine for 6 hrs & no alcohol or tobacco w/i 2 hrs of sleep. Keep dinner moderate sized & >.
