See below: Sleeping less than 7.5 to 8 hours, overtime can worsen underlying medical disorders already present such as sleep apnea, leading to morning blurred vision. Additionally, you may experience involuntary spasms of your eyelids (myokymia) and dry eyes with shorter sleep hours. It is best to get some proper rest and let the body and mind relax with a good 7.5 to 8 hours of sleep. Hope that helps!
