I woke up at 2 pm today and i have a sleep study at 7 pm at the hospital. i usually go to bed late, what do i do?! and will a sleep pill affect result

Sleep Study rules: For a sleep study or polysomnograph, patients are usually asked to report at 8pm. Sleep studies are usually overnight study. Patient should not take a nap during the daytime on the day of sleep study. Sleeping pills or sleep aids are not allowed. Patients, usually are able to leave by 6:30 to 7:00 am. Thanks.
