Don´t worry: Get your mind off of it my doing something that you enjoy. Eat and drink healthy the night before, get enough sleep. If only getting local anesthesia, have something light a few hours before. If getting IV sedation or something similar, follow the directions that you were given. Ask any questions that you have prior to the procedure.
