See your doctor: If your braces are loose or coming out you will need to call your doctor and get these reattached. Allowing the braces to "slide around" will make the gum tissues sore and will adversely affect the forces designed to help move your teeth. Call you doctor, get and appointment and get these corrected as soon as possible. Good luck.

Get them fixed ASAP: If braces are not attached to the teeth, the teeth are uncontrolled, and the loose braces can cause harm to the teeth and gums. See your orthodontic specialist and have them reattached asap, then stop stressing the braces. Avoid anything hard, sticky, or chewy. Remember, if your braces are broken and your teeth are not being corrected, you will be in braces longer and you may have bad result.

See yr orthodontist: If you eat hard, crunchy or sticky types of food, the brackets can loosen and come out. Your dentist/orthodontist has all the tools and expertise to make the fix.
