Hydrogen peroxide: Brush with whitening toothpaste twice daily. After, get otc 3% hydrogen peroxide (active ingredient for most teeth whitening agents). Mix 1 part hydrogen peroxide to 2 parts water. Rinse twice daily. Safe to use consistently. Electric toothbrushes work better too. Tea, coffee, soda, smoking are, in order, stain-causers. And see your dentist for a cleaning!

Self Consciousness: Consult with your dentist as most discoloration's can be treated with today's many dental alternatives. Confide in a friend for objective feedback as to how your tooth actually appears, many people tend to be too subjective and critical of of their own flaws. Best.
