If a tooth/gum cyst or abscess goes away on its own with self care remedies, do i still need to see a dentist about it or take antibotics?

A dental cyst or abscess does not resolve on its own or with any DIY treatment. The symptoms may subside but the problem remains. In addition, antibiotics do not resolve the issues, they only prolong the inevitable... a visit to your dentist. Make an appointment to be properly cared for.

No dental ailments of this nature just go away by themselves or with home care remedies. You need to have your teeth examined by a dentist, get an x-ray survey and complete report, and follow their recommendations.

Your pathology did not self cure, only temporarily subside. There is no pill, potion, OTC, Rx, police, that will cure a dental abscess. Yes, you need to see a Dentist unless you are trained and prepared to do root canal treatment or extraction on yourself.
