Bruxism: Sounds like you may have teeth grinding (bruxism), which is not uncommon. Invest in a "teeth grinding" night time mouth guard which most pharmacy's sell, or you can buy one on-line at amazon probably too. Good luck.

Possibly Bruxism: See a dentist to thoroughly evaluate and construct the correct type of guard. Please note: store bought boil and bite guards fit poorly and typically make the wearer (you) grind more!

Orthopedic Dentist: The cause of bruxism needs to be discovered. Most dentiist make a bite appliance for you to wear to keep from grinding away the teeth. This is only treating the symptom and not the cause. The better option is to consult with a dentist that is familiar with treatment using an orthopedic appliance.
