A dental exam: Most of bad breath originates in the oral cavity (mouth). You may have new cavities, cavities under old fillings and or crowns (caps), or periodontal (gum) disease, or a combination of both cavities and gum disease. I would recommend you visit a dentist and have a comprehensive oral exam. Also, bad breath may be originated from the sinuses, throat and gut.
