Why do i get chest pain whenever i chew gum?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Chest pain: This is an interesting question. It is possible that you are swallowing air when you chew gum. This can cause gastric distension and chest pain. It is also possible that you get esophageal spasm when you swallow with gum chewing. There may be some other explanations also.......
