No, not really: Like most conspiracy theories it is based on fear mongering and twisting the real facts araound to support their own agenda. Fluoride in high quanties has several adverse health effects. In the correct small dosages it is benefical. The same is true for many substances such as oxygen, water, iron, iodine, and vitamin c. The key is to make use of it properly.
