No.: Fluoride is found naturally in many areas areas of the U.S. It was found that in these areas the children did not have dental decay. It is only added at one part per 1 million. It is very safe and the health benefits are tremendous.

No: There is a variety of reasons it is not offered in most other countries. But since it has been introduced in the us, there has been a dramatic decrease in the number of cavities. Fluoride is a naturally occurring mineral in a lot of water, especially spring water. Fluoride is the active ingredient in toothpaste so most people are at least getting it twice a day.
