Complicated: She should see her doctor. If not possible, and if she is otherwise healthy, she should try to raise her blood pressure by eating salt and drinking plenty of fluids, especially if you are in a place that is warm (india?) she can wear support stockings to further support her bp. She must always arise slowly. Her thyroid can be easily corrected by checking blood samples and taking replacement.

Doctor: Has she had a cardiac evaluation with appropriate home monitoring for arrhythmia? Is she having seizures? Why is her BP so low? This needs to be addressed asap because she could seriously hurt herself when she loses consciousness and falls. She needs a proper work up for syncope.
