i have struggled with night sweats as far back as i can remember (i am 23), but theyve gotten a lot worse in the past couple of months. i wake up with my neck, back, and underwear area drenched in sweat. why are my night sweats getting worse?

Room temperature: Reduce the temperature in your bed room and reduce the amount of covers you use. Also use a fan to move the air around and to cool your body. If you are overweight, losing weight is essential. Wish you good health!
