Probably not: Implantation generally occurs 6 1/2 to 7 days after you ovulate and the egg is fertilized. Cramping, on the other hand, is common in many women at the time of ovulation. Sperm, however, live for about 3-4 days in the reproductive tract and sometimes up to 10 days. Hope this helps.
