Yes.: Antivirals not 100% effective. Your immune resistance obviously low! consider shingles vaccine!

Yes: Your immune system is depressed. Stop the Methotrexate until the shingles is totally resolved and stays resolved for at least 2 weeks after therapy for shingles is completed.
