Take charge: I am very glad you are gymming. But nobody here is going to design your diet for you -- you're an adult now with your own preferences. Protein after a workout, limiting calories sufficient to lose body fat for definition, and avoiding the worst grease / sugar / salt. Imitate the other guys. Creatine & an electronic muscle stimulator if ok with your physician. Good luck -- you'll look & feel great.
