I am 35 yrs old and had 2 c-sections. the last one being 2 yrs back. i get severe lower back pain when i am half way bent for more than 2 sec.pls adv.

C section incisions : Can affect abdominal muscle function which can affect load across the back but lifestyle changes are important like not smoking, weight control and regular exercise. You can use medication if no contraindications like ibuprophen or naproxen, try a back support, guided exercise & activity modification. Try a back support. If no better, then see your doctor for further evaluation and treatment.
