Pharyngitis: Could be related to post nasal drip/ inflamed/enlarged tonsils/ gerd depending on what you are calling pharyngitis. Make an appointment to have it checked.

Sinusitis: Your pharyngitis may not be due to lack of immunity but due to allergies causing sinusitis with a post nasal drip production. Consult your doctor about the possibility of allergies.
