Vomiting baby: 3 days of vomiting in a 10mo old baby is of great concern. You should call the pediatrician immediately to see about an examination as to the cause of the vomiting and treatment as necessary.

Dehydration : The main concern with a child who is vomiting for a few days is dehydration. Is he still wetting diaper? Is he alert? Is he still making tears? Does he act himself. Keeping any fluids down? No fever? If you can't answer yes to every one of these then take him to hospital. If he has this for2- 3 days take him.
