Minimize sugars &...: Simple sugars are unhealthy & best avoided but i think a small amount of cane sugar in dark chocolate is ok due to the benefits of chocolate! i don't know what you mean by sticking to only rice & oats. The healthiest diet has few if any grains. The healthiest foods are vegetables & fruits (best organic), nuts, seeds & beans.Organic eggs, dairy, wild low-mercury fish & natural meats are ok now &then.
