Medication timing: Waldryl (diphenhydramine) is a good antihistamine but sedating and effects last a few hours. You might consider a nonsedating antihistamine such as cetirizine, loratadine, fexofenadine that will give you close to 24hrs of allergy relief and can be taken any time of day (usually). If it's nasal symptoms go straight to the source with mometasone or fluticasone nasal spray. Sertraline keep U awake?
