i'm 5 months pregnant and have terrible ear congestion and sinus pressure due to allergies and pregnancy. what can i take? tried nasacort, (triamcinolone) made sleepy

Steroids not good: Check with your OB/GYN. How about nebulizations? How about drinking lots of water to help with drainage? How about using warm compresses over sinuses and ears?
