Had a mri done they suspect a bulging disc in my c spine. my question is if this in fact a bulging disc what can i do about pain. in neck& head?

Many treatments : Cervical disk herniation often get better with time, physical therapy, and pain management. If this fails for you then surgery may be available. However given your young age i would generally consider artificial disk replacement over fusion.

Surgery: If there is in fact a significant disc herniation, surgery may be a good option.
