My mother complain from low back pain radiating to right thigh.she took analgesics for about 30-40 days and the pain not improving. MRI show L4-5 mild posterior disc bulge obliterating anterior epidural fat and indenting the thecal sac?
MRI for lumbar pain, R leg and foot numbness .L4-L5 Disc bulge noted; superimposed upon the bulge is a moderate sized broad herniation mildly asymmetric to the right with impingement on the right side of the thecal sac. What does this mean? Thanks?
I did MRI Lumbar spine found : moderate to severe stenosis of the thecal sac at L4/5 and L5/s1, multilevel lumbar facet degeneration most marked at the L4/5 ,Sacroiliac joint degeneration change .what is the treatement to the above probleme ?
